An IT Services Provider is celebrating making the shortlist for two accolades at this year’s Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce awards.
Microsoft Gold Partner ACUTEC was delighted to be named as a finalist in the Excellence in Customer Service and Excellence in Technology and Innovation categories. The Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest chambers in the country, its annual awards recognise and showcase the best of business and enterprise throughout the region.

ACUTEC has been providing Managed IT Services to businesses in the Midlands for over twenty years. The company specialises in Cloud Services and Security and has its own Software Development team on hand. The company supports clients of all shapes and sizes from the likes of Purnell’s Restaurant to Lyndon Scaffolding.
The shortlisting follows a year of success for the IT Support Provider, in 2017 the company was recognised at several awards ceremonies including those hosted by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, the Birmingham Post and CRN.

ACUTEC has made the shortlist for the awards due to the investment it has made in overhauling its service, processes and technology. The company has implemented 24/7 pro-active monitoring and rectification, with servers being fixed out of hours before their clients even notice. New customer feedback systems to gain instant insight have been developed as well as smart reporting to enable better communication with clients.
The winners of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Awards will be announced on 19th April at the ICC. The team at ACUTEC are looking forward to the evening and meeting other successful members of the Chamber.
