Chris is the Founder, Owner and Managing Director of ACUTEC and has worked in the IT industry for 32 years.

A passionate and life-long ‘techie’, he enjoys new technologies and helping people use technology and help them learn so they can achieve more.

Chris’ current hobby is gliding, where he is training to eventually go solo and to then move onto a powered plane – maybe this goes some way towards his greatest ambition – to be an astronaut!

Having worked in IT for over 25 years, Masters Graduate Neil is ACUTEC’s Technical Director and heads up both the Projects and Software Development Teams

With a number of additional qualifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified ‘Security Administrator Associate’ and Microsoft Certified ‘Azure Administrator Associate’, Neil says the most important thing about his role is that every day is unique and offers challenges plus being able to work from anywhere is key!

Fitness enthusiast and keen DIY’er Neil’s greatest ambition would be to run a half marathon in under 1 hour 30 minutes

Self-confessed ‘Geek’ Craig – who’s motto is Love, Live, Learn Technology – enjoys helping people, talking to clients and learning new things in the industry.

In contrast, history buff Craig would be a spaceman if he hadn’t chosen the dynamic world of IT as a career.

Sharon is ACUTEC’s Management Accountant and leads the Finance and Administration Teams for the company.

Kiwi Sharon started her career in accounting, moving on to teaching, but with a love of IT, has moved back to the commercial world and loves using her knowledge to resolve problems, improve processes and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Former New Zealand Women’s Land Yachting Champion, Sharon aspires to be a great leader, to inspire others around her and the accountant in her likes to have scalable processes.

Sharon uses words such as approachable, detail orientated, analytical, problem solver and fair when asked how others see her.

Craig is ACUTEC’s Marketing Manager, bringing creativity to life through graphic design, videography, and compelling copywriting. He takes the lead in implementing and coordinating CRM marketing campaigns while overseeing telemarketing activities.

As a member of the ACUTEC Leadership Board, Craig’s commercial insight is invaluable, contributing to the team’s ongoing success and evident business growth.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys exploring the Midlands with his son, discovering new adventures together. A self-disciplined and hardworking individual, Craig’s dedication and creative flair make him a vital part of the ACUTEC team.
